Transportation is very available, restaurants and groceries are close to it, and this is positive. As for what I did not like about it, first, the stairs leading to the apartment are high and narrow, and there is no elevator, and loading and unloading bags is very tiring. The street that the apartment overlooks is annoying and noisy until late at night, and because it is close to a hospital, the sound of Spartat The ambulance doesn't stop all day.
