We had a very pleasant and enjoyable stay at this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained and equipped with all we needed for a several day family stay. The location is just perfect - just next to the Buckingham Palace, Victoria coach station, underground and M&S grocery store. The personnel’s hospitality and readiness to assist with all our needs and questions was just amazing!

Room was clean and spacious, staff was super friendly, was in a great neighborhood that was clean and safe. Walking distance to a great supermarket, restaurants, and the Victoria underground line, so made it super accessible to all of London! Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean, modern, very close to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station, quiet rooms, rooms were a little small, but still comfortable for two people, nice bathroom, nice lemon water in lobby always available . nice café next to the entrance. Can walk to all of Central London in an hour if you like walking.

We had a wonderful stay at the Resident Victoria! We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We appreciated the clean room, the thoughtful design of the room, and the kind and helpful staff who always greeted us with a smile. The location of the hotel is perfect and just steps away from Buckingham Palace. We would definitely stay here again and it’s our favourite hotel that we have stayed at in London over the years!

The rooms are very clean, air conditioning works well. The tap in the kitchen has a Brita filter built in. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were amazing and thoroughly professional. And you cannot beat the location if you want to be close to the Buckingham Palace.

The Resident is so convenient to Buckingham Palace and Victoria Station and the theaters. The staff is so kind and helpful. We had one room with two twins and one with a king bed and they each had a kitchen in the closet that included coffee / tea, hot water heater, nespresso machine, sink with filtered water and microwave. It was fabulous. The beds are extremely comfortable. I would highly recommend and will return on my next trip to London.
