Most amazing staff we have ever experienced during a hotel stay. Gila and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. If you can make happy hour, please do! The wine and prosecco pours a plenty!! Location was awesome! Two minutes walk to Buckingham Palace and some really great pubs! Highly recommend booking with this hotel! Thank you!!!

This is an outstanding property with incredible service. From the second we arrived, the staff were on hand to help and they could not have been lovelier. The welcome we received was exemplary and staff were fantastic throughout our stay and even after we’d checked out! The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
