Rumbling from subways trains at nearby Victoria station can be disturbing. Beautiful hotel lobby, but the lower priced rooms are nothing but convention center-hotel quality. In fact, there were meetings and conventions going on when we arrived. The room looked out at an old, dirty glass roof and was far from the lobby. It’s nice that they provide sone free water and cokes, and candy, but they candy is terrible, hard taffy, and sour smarties. So, it’s nice they try, but they need to improve the quality of the snacks, as the taffy is hard as a rock and can’t be eaten.

This hotel was wonderful! We loved the staff and how accommodating they were. It was so nice to learn about its history, as well, and the proximity to Buckingham Palace was fantastic. Very cool place! We’ll be back :)

Had a bedroom on the 6th floor which required two lifts and a very complicated route. Which took a couple of days to master. Very convenient location. Excellent breakfast

Brilliant location particularly arriving late into London literally 20 paces from Victoria. Booked a single room and the bed is a big single so plenty of room. Remarkably quite considering the location. Excellent staff. Will stay again.

The property is right next to the Victoria station which is super convenient to get on the underground or the train back to Gatwick airport. The room is clean but its small. Love the amenities theyve provided i.e. espresso machine. However, if you need moisturizer you would have to bring your own. One little critique would be that there was a false fire alarm on night but their staff didnt effectively inform us and no one picked up the phone at the reception area.

Nice location. However, the building is old and key services like hot water sometimes stop functioning. We also experienced a false fire alarm in the middle of the night and the staff were not prepared and only created further confusion. The AC/Heating system does not function properly as well.

Stayed for a week for the London Marathon. The location is perfect to access everything in the area as well as day tours out of the city. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Slept soundly each night and did not hear a thing from any neighbors. My only complaint is that given the price point and 4 star rating, a few additional toiletries should have been included (e.g., lotion, make up remover, q-tips, etc).

First of all, the hotel had the most beautiful lobby ever! The rooms were nice, with great bathtubs and good beds, but were on the small side (which is often the case in Europe). The location was excellent and so convenient, although it was quite congested. The associated restaurant, The Soak, was very good, too, especially waiters Joban and Alfred.

Spectacular lobby--incredibly elegant and beautiful. Rooms were on the small side (typical of Europe), but otherwise very nice; great (and deep) bathtubs and good king-sized beds. The attached restaurant was excellent, too. Special praise to: Jeban and Alfred (waiters) and Fawzia (the hostess) at The Saok. Igerta and Paddy were especially nice and helpful at reception.

The Clermont was such a beautiful hotel from the moment you walk in and all the way to the room. The staff were amazing and David was super accommodating (Thank you so much!). The morning breakfast provided such a great variety and was really good. The hotel is right where Victoria Station is which made it very convenient to the Underground train system to carry you to different destinations or to another station to catch another train as needed. Overall, I loved this hotel and will be back in the near future.

Hotel is Beautiful. Service is good. The location is práctical for transport close to Victoria Station. Área feels unsafe through no fault of the hôtel. Unsavoury characters hang around the station. Witnessed a shoplifting crime on our first night.

My stay was excellent, just note that the room is very small, but the room was very clean, the staff was amazing, and the hotel is in a prime location. I would definitely stay here again and i recommend it.

If you want to stay in a” cruise hotel”, not personalize, not friendly, or enormous hotel, then choose this incredible, enormous hotel You have to walk long corridors and distance to your room. Even some times take two elevators or use stairs to get to your room There is no space to put your staff in the room and the bathroom Is tiny

This is a lovely hotel. I was a little concerned about the safety of the neighborhood because it is so close to bus station, but I did not feel unsafe at all walking around. The staff went above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. And it was soooo quiet. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfectly located for walking to Big Ben and the London Eye. Also a 2 min walk to Victoria Station which made underground transportation a breeze. Will definitely choose to stay here next time in London

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were so helpful; they had a menu of different types of pillows you could try! It is close to all the main tourist attractions and if you can get the hang of the tube it’s even closer! The bonus was the fridge was stocked for free use. The rain shower showerhead was such an indulgence!
