Had a tough go with this hotel. I made a reservation two days prior to check in and tried to get in touch with them to facilitate check in, as the website directs. I finally got an answer through Whats App from Park Lane, the parent of this property and the gave my the contact to the property manager of Stay in Bond Street. I tried contacting them for a day and half. I finally got an answer after landing at Heathrow, preparing to head to the property. I was not too happy to hear that they had to cancel my reservation due to some flooding in the building. I was left in a bit of a pickle!
If I could say one positive thing it is that they did process my refund quickly.
