First we got the wrong room. Had specifically ordered a two single ned room, but opened the door to a on queen size bed room. The receptionist pretended that he could not find our booking, so our room was correct, but after I said three times that i ordered 2 single beds he magically found my booking. We got the correct room type. There the heat was so high one could bearly breath. asked two days in a row that the heat must be turned down, because it was hard to sleep because of the heat. The carpet had nasty stains, but other than it was fairly clean. Do NOT wash your hair because the water pressure is so low that you need to spend an hour to get the soap out. The shower is almost impossible to adjust to warm water so 3 of 5 days was with ice cold water in the shower.. Will not go back to this "hotel"

Excelente Custo x Benefício

Estadia bem tranquila, hotel confortavel, com excelente custo benefício, e o melhor de tudo que é bem proximo ao metro. Com toda certeza ficarei hospedado novamente neste local!

30 years of World TRAVEL- One of the worst places

We booked a quad room for over the Christmas Holiday. When we checked into the room, it smelled like a sewer exploded. The only other room they had was a room with NO bathroom. We had to share the staff restroom. I decided to check into a different hotel in this neighborhood so we could shower and feel SAFE. I beg you DO NOT STAY at this hotel. If I had the choice to sleep in a train station or at this hotel, I would be pretty hard to decide to go back to this place. STAY AWAY. BTW- I travel around the world and stay in manner different styles of hotels and take reviewers with a grain of salt. I WISH I listened to the past comments and decided to go somewhere else.

Disgusting - The pictures lies!

It was a disgusting hotel and the room was full of mold. It had water damage in the ceiling, the walls were cracked with holes all over. Curtins was damaged and could not close fully. They also had stains all over. The carpet were full of stains and i do not even want to know, what kind of disgusting things that were hiding in there. The radiator did not work - it was realt warm and there were no windows. The escape door could not be opened aswell. Would not recommend at all!

El St. Joseph hotel es un pequeño hotel situado a 9 km del centro de Londres, por lo que es necesario coger el metro. No cuenta con ascensor y las escaleras para subir a las habitaciones son muy estrechas y empinadas. El wifi te lo cobran si lo quieres utilizar. La limpieza de la moqueta decepcionante, muy sucia y vieja. Uno de los colchones de nuestra habitación estaba totalmente hundido por el centro, imposible dormir en él. La ducha, lo mejor es entrar con chanclas y la cortina mal oliente se te pega al cuerpo mientras te duchas. Importante, secador no hay y el frigorifico está de adorno porque no llega el cable para enchufar. Una ventana no se podía cerrar, por tanto dormireis con ella abierta aunque no es problema porque hace muchisimo calor en la habitación. La atención del personal no fue del todo decepcionante, pero comparado como nos trataton los londinenses en la calle, dejo mucho que desear. En resumen, no está mal para dormir 3 noches, y el servicio de habitaciones ha sido correcto. Te cambian las toallas, las sabanas estan limpias...

Check in seemed to much trouble for the man on reception, very vague description of room number no location given or directions to amenities, no bin or AC remote the room was really warm with no window, which we already knew about! Toilet was named staff toilet was a toilet crammed in the corner with a tiny sink and cupboard overhead so you couldn't wash etc Was titled a budget room but for what we paid expected a bit more than we got, very overpriced in my opinion, check out didn't get any friendlier the housekeepers all seemed happy and smiley. Thumbs up to them.

Dette er noe av det mest horrible jeg har opplevd. Styr unna. De kaller 1.20 seng for dobbelseng, er uhøflige og rommene var mildt sagt skitten (se bilder). Hotels.com var lite medgjørlig når vi ringte inn å ville ha penger tilbake for oppholdet også og mente vi fikk hva vi betalte for. ALDRI igjen. De ansatte burde fått sparken på minuttet og vaskepersonellet like dan.

muy comoda acogedora ,,, hubiese jurado que la reserva ponia wifi gratis pero indiferente tenia datos ilimitados para todo su palabra favorita era 5 pounds como el adaptador que tuve que pagar y la secador ni el calentador iban que no utilice pero me cersorie que funcionaba o no despues de todo ello super bien para pasar dos dias en londres fue muy bueno repetiria solo por lo economico que fue

Rude front desk staff. I phoned up before I checked in to confirm and ask some details. The man I spoke to on the phone was unbelievably rude and after about a minute of conversation, told me he was busy and put the phone down. Zero effort was made to accommodate. Trust me, this place is just a very uncomfortable roof to shelter you only if you're desperate for a place. It isn't even that cheap and I would tell anyone to avoid this place like the plague.

Chambre correcte

Personnel admirablement gentil. J'ai demandé à ce qu'on remplace le matelas de fortune contre un vrai matelas. Chambre étroite, tout petite salle d'eau-toilettes qui hélas empeste l'urine!!!! A tel point que l odeur prenait à la gorge. Obligés de maintenir la porte fermée et calfeutrée tout en laissant l aération allumée en permanence!!! Et illisible d ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre pour aerer un peu. Ménage fait tous les jours. Satisfaisant. Eau chaude, bouilloire, 1 table de nuit par lit. Hôtel calme même au petit matin. Metro à 5 minutes à pied. Beaucoup d échoppes pour manger et une supérette à 3 minutes a pied.

PLENTY hotels in EARL COURT AREA DO NOT USE THIS

We book a quad and when we got there on Christmas morning they gave us a room with 4 beds in it. The room could barely fit 3 beds in it. But they placed a 4th bed in it. There was 5 inches of walking space between the beds. The room had a foul order of a mixture of vomit and back up sewer. We asked to be placed in a different room. They gave us a room in the basement when first looking at it was GREAT. They we noticed we had to share the staff shower and public toilet. None of the electrical outlets in the room worked and the TV did not turn on. I asked to be placed in a room in which we booked and the manager on staff said there was no other room. I found a different hotel two blocks away for the night so we could shower and charge our phones. Upon our arrival back to the St. Joseph's they gave as a different room in which the order was NOT as bad but was still present.

l’hôtel pourrait être trop car pas mal placé. Le quartier est vivant et plein de restos. Malheureusement la réception n’est pas très agréable, tout est payant (WiFi, garde bagage - qui sont pourtant stockés au pied du guichet de la réception). Les lits sont fait chaque jour, mais pas le ménage. En bref un hôtel pour quelques nuits seulement avec une promo...

This hotel was nothing like what was pictured! We arrived and saw how dirty and outdated the place was and wanted to cancel, but they wouldn’t give us a refund. We then contacted Expedia and even they couldn’t convince the management to give us a refund. The customer service was terrible! Our room was filled with stains on the wall, floor, and bed. The room was the size of a closet and half the lights didn’t work. There was also mold on some of the furniture!! You only get one room key, have to pay for WiFi, and there is no elevator. I really do not recommend going here!!
