When I arrived to the building I had no way of getting in as I had not received secondary communications for my room. I called, they are on site, and it was sorted very quickly.
(Be sure that before you arrive you receive the room key information as they have the rooms setup with a key code system.)
My room was similar to the pictures, just perfect size for my sister-in-law and myself since we were not here for much of the day. Bed is comfortable, couch (loveseat) was decently comfortable.
Kitchenette was nice. Took a minute to figure out how to utilize the electric stove and oven as we were not familiar. (Lay finger over menu button or corresponding stove icon until it turns on) thankfully I was able to locate the manufacturer help guide online.
In the bathroom there is a spot of mold above the shower, seems to be expected as there is not a ventilation or fan switch. Be careful with the shower it is newer and the floor is slick. I was wonderfully overjoyed at how well the water got got so easily too!
The location is just a short walk from the Earls Court tube station which is a quick trip with a change or two for the jubilee or bakerloo line to get to the Waterloo area for some of the main London attractions. Overall extremely satisfied!
