Hotel location - perfect Staff - very nice and welcoming Room - ok, a bit dirty carpet. The water in the bsthroom does not drain well. Not a real problem but a fact. We paid extra for a view and got a side view of blinking ad sign. Not much view of the square. Only complaint was the breakfast...it does not have a Radisson standard. Worst breakfast on a Radisson ever and I often stay at Radissons in Swe/Norway/Denmark and the brrakfast there is much better. Coffe - maybe americans like warm warer with a coffe hint but a good hotel must provide good coffe. Tea - difficult to mess up tea so it was good. Warm dishes - tasteless scrambled eggs...have the chef tasted and approved? Bacon - hardest salty bacon even that cracks in you mouth when biting it. Maybe overcooked in the pan for too long? Bread - smallest and thinnest slices of breakfast bread in Europe. Cost savings? Cheese - slices of cheese for breakfast...why 3 x 3 cm slices? Cost savings? Why do we have to pick up the small slices with some kind of doctors equipment? Is the purpose we dont take too many mini-slices? Salami - ok Butter - ok Fruit - ok Pastries - ok A person that eats bread for breakfast with something on top like cheese or ham will be very disapointed on the current breakfast at this Radisson. Managemnet should pay Radisson in Oslo, Copenhagen or Stockholm a visit of how to please your customers. Stay is 4 of 5 ut breakfast is 2 of 5 so breakfast needs improvements if management care.
