The location is lovely and has easy access to the tube. The apartment walls are very thin and every opening of a door to the entire apartment complex is heard and felt. Any smells from other apartments are in the ventilation. We also had ants all over the apartment. The bed linens are like sandpaper.

My recommendation is to not stay with Flying Butler - some of their apartments are in ground floors and basements, and the tiny studio I got in Baker street had nothing to do with any of the photos - the bed is literally in the kitchen. I Preferred to move to a hotel than have anything to do withthis company and their reservation manager which repeatedly gave me intentional wrong information, not to mention a refund.

Very good apartment but not so good bed

The apartment was very clean, relatively big (for being in London), and with new and good quality appliances (microwave, cooker, washing machine etc). The street is relatively quiet but it is close to busy roads, so an excellent location. The problem is the very cheap and poor bed with a polyester duvet.

V. nice 5 stars but minus half star for no manual

Had a bit of a hiccup when i first arrived as i thought my booking was for a one bedroom instead of a studio so first 2 nights was at the studio and then we were moved to a one bedroom up the street and my Uber ride was compensated. Sadly the place was not ready when we arrived but they quickly fixed that and all was well. I enjoyed the apartment very much as it is a good size, has lots of sunlight and the location is great becauae it is quiet but once you go up or down rhe street, lots of shops etc. I took off a star because they lack instructions in both apartments and being a foreign visitor, it would have helped if i had instructions on how to work the cable, the washer dryer. Also a little welcome guide telling you of convenience stores around etc. Besides that, everything was great. Clean, the staff are available on the phone, secure and nice. I would stay here again if the price is right.
