The property is not clean daily. When i ask the person at the front desk. She told me, they will only clean ONCE A WEEK. Which is really terrible things to do. We book for 7 nights because it is written there, the minimum is 7 days. This doesn't mean they will only clean the room once in 7 days.

We stayed there for 4 nights, stuffs are really friendly and the flat is in a good size( huge one bedroom with living room) great location, just the hot water running out very fast, only enough for one person to use it at one time

Flat 16 has no table near the bed in the main bedroom. Where to put an alarm clock, a book, pills, whatever. Also no level space in the bathrooms. No tv in a bedroom. Poor lighting in the living room with a lamp in the floor and a roll away bed. Otherwise clean and spacious for me.

Great location. Excellent service
Fountain house apartment is my best choice in london for 5 years ago . It has a great location opposite of the hyde park , close to everything you need , underground, and bus station is beside this hotel . The service was super up honestly. “ Roberta “ is treat us more than 5 stars hotel do . I would recommend this hotel for a families. And i wish they change the elevator soon :)

The apartment is attractive and roomy and has comfortable bedding. The apartment is is a great location with great natural light. I wish the toiletries were easier to open. The rugs in the hallway are a bit worn.

God plass, slitt og skittent.
Rommene var store, kjøkken var bra, begge bad greie nok, men renhold, slitasje var meget dårlig. VI meldte fra at det var papir, do-ruller, og annet søppel bak sengen - skitt på gulvene, rester av leker og nøtter rundt om kring i stuen. Helt klart at det ikke var rengjort godt nok. Badet hadde skitne vegger. De sa at de skulle rette opp i dette når vi forlot rommet, og det eneste som var gjort var å fjerne søppel bak sengen. Resten av oppholdet var skitten på tepper og ellers i leiligheten ikke fjernet. Dette er for dårlig, man følte ikke at man ville gå på gulvene uten slipper eller sko. Leiligheten var en Superior leilighet som lå i første etasje, på gateplan. Trafikkstøy var ikke problematisk, men undergrunnsbanen (The Tube) gikk rett under leiligheten og den hørte man ca hvert 4 minutt - forstyrrende. Store og gode badehåndklær, god Wifi og døgnbemannet resepsjon var positivt. Vi kommer ikke tilbake til dette stedet.
