Great property in a great neighborhood! Felt safe day and night. Baker Street tube station is just 2 blocks away and even closer are 2 grocery stores, a post office, and every kind of restaurant and coffee shop. Building is in great shape and the flat has great features (a well appointed kitchenette and a washing machine!). Can’t recommend highly enough.

Good and Convenient Stay!

The Baker St apartments was overall good to stay at! It’s in a good area and convenient to multiple things. We were located on the top floor which was a bit of a trek up some windy stairs with our heavy luggage. But the apartment was very clean and well kept.

The outlets were a bit challenging to access, and some things (a fan, hand soap, body wash) weren't there. We were on the ground floor with street windows, but it's a pretty quiet area so it wasn't too bad. Really cute place, very convienent location, great staff communication. I didn't love it because the check out time is really early, 10am, so it made things a bit hard when we were leaving. Overall though, a solid place.

The lock was not working.But a nice little room.

The lock was not working. So I stayed outside of the apartment for over one hour. It was very stressful. After jumping through many many hoops, calling, emailing, trying to open a different box (which was stuck) in order to get the master key, I got it and got in. This room is very small. But private. Very good location. Nice warm temperature. Very big tv. Nice bathroom. Very nice double/queen bed. Nice beddings. Kitchen. Fridge. The location was extremely good.

Overall, the room was as we expected - small, but conveniently located. The only issue we ran into was that no toiletries are provided, not even hand soap for the bathroom. We mentioned this to management, and they told us that we had to buy our own, despite "soap," "shampoo," and "free toiletries" all being included in the listing. When we mentioned the info in the listing, they basically brushed us off, and it looks like the listing still is claiming they're provided. The only other issue was that the thermostat in the room didn't work, and the knob on the radiator was broken, but the room was a comfortable temperature fortunately.

Over all a okay place

We had an okay stay in apartment 9 on the 3rd floor. But if you are considering staying here, you should keep in mind that the stairs are very steep and narrow, and there is no elevator. The ceiling in the room is very low. The bathroom door is a narrow folding door which can be difficult to open and close and it makes quite a bit of noise when going in and out. The bath cabin is small and the door into it is also very narrow. The exhaust/fan in the bathroom runs most of the time (also at night) because the apartment's indoor climate quickly becomes a bit damp when you stay in the apartment. The bed creaked every time you moved just a little, and it was quite hard/firm to lay on, and there was a socket missing on one side of the bed. But check in and out was easy and hassle free. The interior was clean and inviting. The kitchen had everything a kitchen should contain. The area is packed with good restaurants, Tesco Express and Baker Street metro st. is just around the corner. There is, however, quite a bit of street noise. Many food delivery guys hang out on the street corner of the building and there are often 10-15 of them standing and shouting. Garbage is picked up every day, and it also makes a lot of noise. Maybe you don't hear it as much if you have an apartment that doesn't face the street. All in all an ok stay, but we won't be back a second time.

The flat is small and basic but a good value for the price. The location is excellent for a base in Marylebone Village. The lack of power outlets is problematic if you want to charge your phone or style your hair. And it would have been nice to be provided washcloths.

The accommodation is nice and clean, easy to access. However, it would be good to specify that the bed is not a standard size. It is not a 140cm bed. The bed is too small for two adults. We weren't able to rest properly, which is essential when visiting a city and walking 30,000 steps a day.

[WARNING] Do not book from this fake hotel

I've never been to a worse hotel in London, absolute horrible, dirty, dishonest and a total rip-off. I booked two large studio rooms, but was given a tiny hazardous attic room with a ceiling so low I could barely stand straight. The receptionist was incredibly rude and sounded like someone who hated her job. Be very careful when booking from here, they will lie and say the pictures are only illustrative. Ruined my entire London vacation

Picture showed a sofa in room but there was not even a single chair to sit down. There is no A/C and you can open a window to let fresh air in but there isn't a screen so bugs were flying in. If they took out the wardrobe closet there would be more room as I couldn't get out of my own way.

I was ‘upgraded’ to a one bedroom apartment. I booked a large suite. The stairs to the apartment are very very steep and not ideal with a large suitcase. The bathroom is very very small and the sink impossible to wash over. The kitchen is basically in a cupboard. Very very disappointed. I complained upon arrival and asked for the studio which I booked and was told there was none available

Pros: the hotel staff was nice, answered quickly, location is nice - close to a subway, busstopp, shops and good restaurants. Cons: no elevator, can be noisy (older building), just one set of towels even if you stay a week, uncomfortable pillows (not able to switch them if you stay less then a week). Overall an okay experience, but a tad on the expensive side for what you get
