Lovely comfortable hotel with great staff. Comfy bed, good sized room, quiet at night, great location. Only minor complaint was the quality of the coffee available in the room - would expect at least a pod system rather than Nescafé sachets.

Beautiful hotel, the location is perfect for every aspect of a city break. The staff are friendly and the hotel is spotless. My only gripe would be that there is no fridge in the room (queen superior) as stated on website.

Area was convenient to underground, dining and theaters. The hotel seems drab. Needs some updating. Lobby often smelled like smoke even though this is a non-smoking property. Wish the roof top deck was fully enclosed so we could have used it more often despite occasional rain.
