We are very happy to hear you enjoyed our pods and our staff services.We are currently trying to get some AC works approved, and while that is done we provide fans to our guests to cope with the heat. If there is none in your room upon arrival you can always request one at reception (open 24/7). Additionally, a good hack is to use the duvet we provide as a mattress topper and the sheet as a blanket - this will make your bed extra comfy and cool.Lastly, if any issue with other guests arise, remember you can always come to our front desk and we will mediate :DHope to see you again in the future ;)

About the check-in, its a new system we're implementing for self-check-in, but if you encounter any problems, you can still check in at Reception as well!For more space in between bunks, check our 10b and 8 bed, but none of our rooms have 3 beds per bunk, we only have 2: the top bunk, and the bottom bunk, no middle!Anyways, we'll pass your comments onto the relevant departments, to see where we can improve, and we really hope you stay with us again sometime and have an even better experience!Thanks again, and safe travels
