Our room was tiny, but very well laid out and super clean. We overlooked a tiny courtyard, with complete privacy. The beds were comfortable and there was adequate space for our luggage. Our only complaint was that the shower head was pretty badly clogged, so the water sprayed everywhere except straight down.

Great location with easy access to train stations. Rooms are small (but that should be expected in London :) Overall, an ideal spot for a one-night stop over before boarding the Eurostar for Paris the following day.

There are rental bike parked right outside of the hotel rooms and at 12-2am theres a crew that goes around the city replacing, moving the bikes, fixing them, whatever it is that theyre doing. While they’re doing it theyll laugh loudly and have a good time on the job. As they should. The walls and windows of the apartments are either paper thin or just imaginary because closing them shut does not help reduce the noise whatsoever. Our family of 3 were tired for both of our days spent in london. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone just because of the bikes being there. Everything else was decent.

During your visit, I worked the night shift from April 23 to April 25, 2024, and I never heard of anyone from bike area laughing, mending things, or making a lot of noise while they work. Furthermore, the bikes are parked there in a calm manner, leaving less of a carbon impact than you. Furthermore, because our hotel is housed in one of London's century-old buildings, we believe you did not complain about the cleanliness of our rooms or the facilities because we maintain everything on a daily basis.The majority of our visitors also praise our fantastic location—just two minutes from the bus and rail stations—as well as the spotless amenities and courteous staff. The hotel property was nice and the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The rooms were small and no elevators which was a down side but had everything you needed.

Lovely welcome, great location for St Pancras and all the connections. Fairly small room, though fine for a 1 or 2 night stay. No issue for me, be aware no lift so if stairs are an issue request a lower level room.

Very nice place, only complaint, was the beds and room were VERY small, but it was convenient to Kings Cross and restaurants to walk. Staff was nice.

the area is very convenient to trains and buses and restaurants, that being said, it is very busy, and not as clean. There is a £10 charge for an early check in. I have stayed in a lot of hotels in Europe and I know they are generally small, this hotel is one of them! hard for two people to move around with 2 carry ons and 2 back packs. Because of the limited space, even the trash bins were so tiny! The beds are comfortable but they only have a flat sheet tucked in the mattresses, no fitted sheets, and they come off when you move! The pillows were quite flat! The room was clean though. Even with the convenient location snd reasonable price, I most likely will find another place to stay.

A very small but functional room for a one night stay near St Pancras Station. Five minute easy walk. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Shower wasn’t great. Beds were comfortable.

Positive was that the property was very neat and clean, and safe. Negatives were, room was very warm, there was only a comforter on the bed, with no sheet, no wash or hand towels, only 1 plug for charging devices and the most negative was that it was very noisy especially from early AM hours (in the room above us).

The room was small but well-appointed and very clean. The location is excellent - a few steps to the underground, King's Cross, and St Pancreas. Food, and restaurants all around are very close. Quiet, The staff were good and offered to put luggage in the luggage room for a late afternoon train. We had a very good stay for a couple of nights between a flight from Heathrow (straight from the underground to the hotel) and a train onwards.

Clean & well situated, however the room we were assigned was very very hot at night (25 degrees ). This was especially difficult as we had our infant son with us. We were clearly right above the boiler room, and even with the windows open in January we were still way too hot to sleep properly. Frustratingly the hotel owner didn’t seem to believe us, and while she eventually offered us to switch rooms the new room was below reception and quite noisy as a result.

It makes us uncomfortable to know that you had a 25-degree temperature in the room during the cold winter season in January, which is really unusual given that we have centralised radiators in each room. Also, we believe you were not assigned to a room near the boilers because our boilers are positioned away from all of our rooms in a separate area. The twin room was tiny, but we were expecting that. We didn’t spend any time in the room except for sleeping, loved how close it was to the Underground and the Eurostar.

I had a great stay here. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, and found me an available room to check in early (for a very reasonable fee), which was much appreciated after a long overnight flight! The room was small but fine for one person, and everything was clean. The location is really convenient, so close to train and underground stations.

The hotel is extremely convenient for St Pancras and Eurostar. The staff are very helpful. Only negative is what I think must be noise from trains. We had a room on the ground floor and there was a strange rumbling sound every few seconds which, thankfully, stopped overnight

Despite the small hallways and weird little staircases, this hotel is located in a super convenient place right next to King’s Cross train station. It was relatively quiet as the trains don’t run all night. They have complementary body wash in the shower but no shampoo or conditioner so BYO. There was a kettle and coffee/tea in the room and the bed was very comfy. Tye ensuite was cramped but had all the necessities and everything was working. It’s very basic but very convenient. Would definitely stay here again.

I had one night in London before jumping on a train so this was an ideal location. The room was small but similar to other hotels of similar price and rating. The bed was comfortable and clean. Some noise from people upstairs and from nearby trains. My one complaint is the shower drain seemed quite backed up. Almost overflowing by the end of my shower. Overall good value.

Was so impressed with this little gem of a hotel! Excellent location for Kings Cross station, hotel itself was immaculate condition super clean and tidy, bright and modern rooms and staff granted my request for a quiet room which I really appreciated. Only thing I would say is in the two nights I stayed there my room was never serviced to come back to. But other than that can’t complain! Would definitely stay here again thank you

This hotel was spotlessly clean and bright. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable, elegantly decorated, the shower room sparkling white and clean. Highly recommended, we will definitely stay here again when in London.
