A bit disappointed on this occasion, bath plug wouldn’t operate and the bath wouldn’t drain when taking a shower. Wife was disappointed she couldn’t take a bath. From 9am each day there was constant banging which was extremely disturbing and annoying as a kitchen or something was being installed so constant non stop banging on walls. Very noisey due to windows having no sound insulation and cars beeping and lots of noise outside. We will be looking at other locations on our next stay in London and have cancelled our booking here for September

Fantastic pied-a-terre
Fantastic. Huge (for London) one bed apartment for a quarter of the price of the grand hotels a couple of streets over. Location is brilliant, right in the middle of Shepherds market, so every bar and restaurant you can imagine. If we move back to London, this is where we’ll live. I have no idea how they do this for this price in this location.

Good location but not a “wonderful” property. Each apartment is different, so the experience likely varies accordingly. This apartment was tired with poor air conditioning and torn carpet. I would not stay again.

We often visit our son who lives in the area and usually stay in one of the local hotels. Found this apartment/hotel on Expedia and booked it as less than 100 yards from our son. Most impressed, large lounge with separate bedroom and well appointed kitchen and balcony too. Price was excellent and staff were very welcoming. Highly recommended and will use again..

Very comfortable and pleasing stay. The property is in good condition and the hosts are very helpful and charming. The area is quiet and easily walkable to major attractions. The only small negative was that the bathroom wasn’t very easy to use.

Great location close to the Underground, other public transportation, and Buckingham Palace. Really nice to have a kitchen for some meals. The 1 bedroom was perfect for our family of 4 to spread out and have more space than a normal hotel room.

Fantastic stay! I got to stay in two different apartments and they were both wonderful. Lots of space, safe, clean and beautifully appointed. I will definitely stay again as will my colleagues.

Great location
Great location in a secure building. The rooms are clean and the staff was always pleasant and helpful. Only complaint about our stay was the hot water went out at the start of the weekend and no one came to fix it until the following Monday. So there was not hot water for showers. You either took a cold one or had to boil water. There was also no communication regarding the hot water being out. Only other drawback for us was the noise after 10pm. Didn't know it when we booked but there is a bar down the street and people hang out outside and people like to race their cars down the road. With that being said we did enjoy this location as it is centrally located for sightseeing and using city transportation as well as getting to and from the airport.

Unfortunately, our local area was hit by a major power surge early on Saturday morning which caused our plant room to fail. Emergency repairs following the accident took a lot longer than anticipated, and as you’ve noted we were out of hot water until Monday morning. We are pleased that you have enjoyed your stay with us otherwise and would be happy, next time you visit, to offer you a free upgrade to one of our courtyard facing Mayfair Club apartments, away from the hustle and bustle of London life. Great apartment, ideal location
Great location - easy walking distance from Green Park underground. Lots of restaurants and bars, plus small stores all within 2 minutes’ walk. Very friendly, welcoming service from Reception staff. Apartment itself very spacious with good quality furnishings, well-equipped kitchen. A great, well-priced, high quality alternative to a hotel.

Roomy, great access
The apartment is centrally located with easy access to many attractions. I had a balcony apartment which was very roomy with a large amount of closet space. The furniture was a little on the worn side, and it would have been nice to have a TV in the bedroom, but otherwise I had no complaints. The staff was helpful and responsive, and I would definitely return if I visit London again.

Lovely apartment
Nice location. Lots of pubs around. The apartment was very nice, spacious, very pretty. Service was rated down because they dont have service on weekends and holidays so it wasnt an issue but they do have a contact at all times. I would stay here again.
