Staff wasn’t very kind or accommodating. We were charged for breakfast, but told the charge was not communicated to the breakfast staff so we needed to pay again. So we didn’t have breakfast. Room was down several hallways…it seemed really far away! The elevators didn’t all work and were always busy. Our room was outdated, old…bathroom faucets seemed from the 1980s or older and were difficult to figure out. Felt like staying at your great great grandmother’s house for a visit. There wasn’t enough toilet paper left in the room for our entire visit. We wanted to call the hotel we were switching to but were told we had to go to the front desk and pay money prior to making a local call….seemed weird. Not a good experience. Won’t stay there again. Do not recommend.

Not sure if they’ve recently remodeled but I don’t understand the negative reviews. The room itself was just standard. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The view of the bridge was spectacular. The paid breakfast was great. I had some issues with the shower and the restaurant was just meh. But I would happily stay there again. You can’t beat the location.

This property has an amazing view of the London Bridge. Many eating options at hotel. Concierge was very helpful. The rooms are a bit “used”. The shampoo/conditioner containers were empty and one broken off wall. Had to ask for more. Our mattress needed replacement. Felt like you were falling out of bed all night. No refrigerator and I needed one for medication. Offered a portable one that barely kept cool. Not one to complain but when checking in offered an upgrade and paid extra and I guess I expected more.

Great location. The hotel itself is underwhelming and dated. But the location is great and lots tourist sites, restaurants and pubs nearby, so shouldn’t be spending much time in the room anyway.
