"My AC was not working and the hotel could not move me to another room because they were sold out. When entering my room i did notice that the electrical breaker was open. I still wondered the hotel staff knew and still booked the room. I had 2 babys and a diabetic person with me. This was during a heat wave. I checked out early and left and requested a refund. I could not get a refund and had to scramble finding a hotel because expedia or the hotel could not help me find one. This was the worst...
