"The Room are spacious, clean and fresh. There are lots of moths, insects on the wall and on the floor. We need to cook our own breakfast, only eggs, hotdog and margarine and cooking utensils are provided. The Breakfasts are very limited, everyday the same thing. The staff are friendly. We may consider in staying Dear Dino again, if we want to travel to Cameron Highlands. Thank you. "

"This hotel’s location is good, walkable distance to center of Tanah Rata. The garden is nice and the staff is helpful but there are a lot of down sides of the place: - They don’t even provide soap in the toilet which is really inconvenient for people that are staying in shared bathroom rooms like us. - the room was full of mosquitos because there is no aircon and the windows don’t have nets. - the room and all the property was cold. - the room was really really damp and smelled bad. "The room floor never mop and all bedsheets never changed. Once of the bathroom lock faulty . No WiFi at the room. Mobile cellular phone data line very weak, almost no line."

"The Kinta Bali Villa is obviously a satisfactory hotel for your stays at Ipoh! The Owner of this Hotel is a very nice and decent business man who has provided such well-renovated and friendly-manner hotel! Cititel Express Ipoh

"A high quality hotel but unfortuantely when we requested for extra 2 pillows, we were given 2 pillows which has wrinkle pillow cases and smells awful. When we brought the pillows down to the receptionist, we were told to bring it back to our room and a dosmetic will bring us another pair of pillows. I think its unacceptable and felt that the receptionist should at least take the dirty pillows from me instead of asking me to bring the smelly pillows back to my room. Also not a word of apolgies from the receptionist."

"1) The hotel and the rooms was very clean and presentable. 2) Staff was very friendly and approachable. They recommended some places and foods nearby. 3) The room's facilities was very good. The room and the bathroom is very big and spacious. 4) Lot's of food choices around the area. And the convenience store is also nearby. Shopping mall Ipoh Parade also quite near. My family including me really liked this place and will definitely come back here."

"We had a wonderful stay at Ipoh Hotel Santorini! Highlights: • The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Special thanks to the young Indian lady at the reception (sorry we didn’t catch your name) — she was amazing and very accommodating. • We booked a room for 5 pax, which was a joint room with a shared bathroom. The facilities were very complete — kettle, hair dryer, towels, and more. The bed and linen were nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and my parents really enjoyed it. • There’s also a pool for guests to enjoy, and the property’s Santorini-inspired design is absolutely charming. Overall: A great place to stay in Ipoh — clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and with fantastic service. Highly recommended!"
