"Everything about our experience from check in to check out was superior to other hotel stays! The continental breakfast was the best and the lady that was tending to the breakfast buffet was so kind and didn't rush us even though the ending breakfast time was near. For example, even though we arrived at 30 minutes prior to the end of breakfast, she wasl restocking the bar to ensure fresh food. That is very impressive and differs from any other hotel breakfast bar. "

"The hotel was staff was amazing, they were always friendly and pleasant, and Haley asked where we were eating dinner and gave us discount coupons. The hotel was clean and quiet and they had complimentary coffee, lemon water, juice, cookies and popcorn in the lobby. The beds were comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay there again when we go back to the Columbus Zoo. "
