"This is budget option in a great location. Expect to wait to check in if you arrive at a peak time. The sheets and towels are thin. The television in our room couldn't be plugged in and there were broken fixtures in the elevator and common areas. It's safe, clean and decent for the price point."

"Clean, Comfy, as expected. 2 things were sadly wrong, the bed desk that pulls out was broken off, and are heat/ac didn’t work. We got home late, and our room was 58 degrees. I tried calling, no answer. Only big problem. Other than that, would come back again! "

"Our stay was exceptional especially with the upgrade. The only thing I need to pay attention to is the size of the beds. We had 2 double beds which were too small for the two of us. Thank god for the extra bed. "

You can only pick either a sandwich or a fruit you cannot have both no one came change the sheets there was only One towel and one cloth thank God I brought my own The room was very small. There was no restaurant like it said it was there was no free parking. It was valet and it was $85 a day. I wish I can get some of my money back being...

"The room has definitely seen better days. There were rips in the carpet, stains on the sheets, stains on the chair and the bathroom could have used a deep clean. Bathroom mirror was actually scary. All service was outstanding with the exception of the front desk. "

"Great, relatively quiet location. Clean hotel with room service daily. Easy subway access and proximity to great spots like AMNH, Central Park, Zabars. Very pleased with our experience!"
