"The lodge was very clean and charming. We felt at home right away. We were not missing anything that we needed. Communication was easy and quick. We would be happy to book there again. I suppose the only downside is that it is right off the highway, so cars and lorries are regularly passing by. This does take away from the peace of the lake on the other side of the highway. But this negative point is eclipsed by all the positive aspects. Highly recommended!"

"We had two rooms for our family and they were both very comfortable. Nice hot showers, good heating, and very clean. We also had both our breakfasts and dinners in their restaurant for two days and they were excellent. We had a variety of dietary needs and everyone had delicious choices. Excellent service, food and ambiance. Overall we would highly recommend a stay!"

The room and view weee superb, the public areas were lovely. The location couldn’t be better. The man that checked us is was very helpful and kind and then also served us for dinner and explained everything. The bed, breakfast and evening meal option included a three course meal (with no surcharges at all...
