"This is a lovely unit with a very modest, yet sufficient set up. It is very close to the beach and in the commercial area for San Pancho. It is attached to a gallery where there is someone on-duty / working during the day. Came during the hot season but was able to rest well at night with the AC on."

"Wonderful relaxed and friendly vibe. The hotel is located slightly away from the busier central part of San Pancho so it’s very quiet. The beautiful beach is a very short 3 minute walk from the hotel. Some days we were the only people on the beach. "

"We enjoyed the location. Many great choices to eat. Walking distance to the beach. The garden at the hotel is Lucious. Our room did not have a TV, which was fine. Very nice to have the front gate closed in the evening. Also great to have a night watchman. "

"My husband and I spent 4 nights at this property in one of the studio rooms on the first floor. We absolutely loved our stay because of this hotel. "I don’t even know where to start. This was probably the most beautiful I have ever stayed. The decor is unique and relaxing. The view from the giant private patio is INSANE. "Lalo, who runs the property, was very hospitable and accommodating! As a solo traveler, I felt completely safe walking around there the entire time. The entrance is at the top of a steep hill, so get your legs ready! Renting a golf cart for a day was quite fun. I would love to stay there again. The only reason I gave the area 4 stars is there is construction going on directly by Distrito 88. "
