"Our room was not ready until 4:35, I got there at 1:30. They gave me a late check out and 2 breakfasts for the inconvenience, however running back and forth from the pool area 3x to see if the room was ready was really annoying. All that aside I do love this hotel better during the week when there are not 2-3 events going on. The check in is so backed up when a large influx of people come in at once for these events. Nice pool,but extremely limited food menu no outside food allowed."

"The property was clean and quiet. There was no food anywhere to purchase. The lobby offered nothing but a few drinks. Staff offered no suggestions as to where to get food. Not sure what they were thinking with the bed sheets. We had a king size bed and the bottom sheet appeared to be a queen size flat sheet that didn't even go over the sides of the bed. By the morning, with turning over in our sleep the sheet was completely off and we were sleeping on the mattress."

"There was no complementary coffee or tea in the lobby. The coffee shop/bar had very limited hours. Maid service was minimal. Front desk personnel were sometimes disinterested. The location was great, with easy access to highways and conveniently adjacent to a shopping center with multiple restaurants."

"Unfortunately the hotel had surprisingly canceled our reservation some time ago because another customer with the same last name was canceling theirs … it was an annoying and stressful situation at our check in since we were in town for a family party, but it could have been worse if they had no rooms left. Fortunately we were able to get two rooms as we had reserved. Unfortunately we got a smaller rooms at a higher rate :("

"Upon checking in the concierge was very nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean and breakfast and other amenities were extremely good. 24 hours fresh coffee and popcorn was great. I would definitely recommend friends and family to go stay there, I can’t wait for my next booking trip there."

"It was an okay place for a couple of nights stay. We booked the suite room. Small bathroom and overall. Smelly carpet. The first night we couldn’t sleep because the room above us was too noisy. Nothing fancy."

"We hardly had our room cleaned, because we were busy, & every day we wanted it done, they said we weren't on the list to have room cleaned that Day, we were there 19 days & only had room cleaned 3 times, we didn't want it cleaned til we were there first weekend of our stay, so 8h was first time, 2nd time was atleast 4 to 5 days later & we wanted to stay in room & the lady told us no you have to leave room, so we were doing our wash anyway, so set in laundry room & I looked out & she was out...

"The only problem with this hotel is the air conditioner noise, it is louder than average. The breakfast has waffles but no bagels. The coffee at breakfast is good. "

"I’ve stayed at this hotel often. Location location location. This time my room seems to have been renovated. The bathroom specifically. Looks to be mostly new. And despite World Cup soccer and weddings and business meetings the property felt wide open and spacious. Parking is a little more expensive this time. The front desk staff and coffee shop cafe staff are permanently happy and smiling. I will be staying here again."
