"The room had obviously not been cleaned when we arrived. There were dirty socks on the floor, hair in the shower, scuff marks on the bedding, etc. When we emailed customer service we got a response that was clearly written by AI. It said cleaning stuff would be coming to check it in the morning. Cleaning staff didn’t come at all during our 3 day stay. "

"The hotel was clean, in a good location, and the staff were friendly; however, I’ve never slept in a more uncomfortable bed in my life, the room temperature couldn’t be changed and was way too hot for everyone in my party, and the morning breakfast situation was so out of control it wasn’t worth it. They also have a really inconvenient elevator system that doesn’t seem to account for party size so it’s a complete cluster f all the time. "

"The staff were excellent. We went to NY for my daughter 13 birthday. We were able to check in early. The room was nice. Small but we expected that since it’s like that in NY. Our room didn’t really have a view but we didn’t need one since we weren’t going to be in there much. The elevator was much faster than any other hotel I stayed at in Time Square. The hotel is located minutes away from Time Square and close to pretty much everything. I forgot the staff names but they were all excellent, nice, and sweet. I would definitely recommend and stay again. "
