"It was an excellent room for a good price, on the periphery of downtown Bordeaux so it was accessible but still removed enough from the bustle of downtown to have a good night’s sleep. "
"Hotel is slightly outside the city, but if you don’t mind grabbing a cab or walking 30-40 min, it’s perfect. Property is in great condition, breakfast was good, and spa/gym was nice. Good value for money. "
"Great hotel in Bordeaux ! The lobby was amazing with a giant dog ( the mascot at the lobby ) greeting you each morning at the breakfast buffet . The breakfast buffet was awesome . The rooms were clean and there's free coffee plus sodas and biscuits / cookies ( at the adjacent kitchenette ) . There are trams below the hotel and there is a shopping mall just in front of the hotel . No need to take the tram going to the city centre because it's within walking distance . There is a McDonald's at the bottom of the hotel if one is sick of eating French cuisine . There is also an Apple Store at Sainte-Catherine street . "
"Horrible small pokey room .. couldn’t believe they would offer ..intercontinental shouldn’t give their name to it.. they gave me an upgrade which was a little better… old carpets , very old scratched furniture..no excuse ..no idea alternatives In Bordeaux but certainly would avoid this hotel."
