"A very nice hotel and overall a good place to stay, but I would say it is 4* rather than 5*. We had a Junior Suite which was lovely, but there were a few things not working - i.e. the electric blinds in the bathroom, the shower door did not shut properly, and there was a sewer-like smell at our end of the corridor. "Good location, close to the airport and metro. Spacious rooms, very quiet and comfortable. The staff were excellent throughout but Christina on reception and Beatrix in the dining room deserve a special mention. Both very helpful and professional, they are a credit to the hotel. We had an experence where we asked for one cup of decaf coffee and 30 minutes later; and after flagging down to additional staff personnel we were told the machine was broken -- but, then we received a cup of coffee 5 minutes after that. "Easy to find from airport on metro (subway) line. Groceries nearby. Excellent in house restaurant for breakfast and open until 4. It is an apartment not just a room, with a sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Nice linens and lots of them. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Quiet. Safe neighbourhood."
