Amazing staff, very kind and helpful. Breakfast was large and diverse. Coffee was fresh and good. Room was very basic (without hotpot and coffee) but well maintained. A/C was a bit weak… but manageable. Location is great.

Extremely convenient to the Jeromimo Monastery… across the street ….and around the corner from the famous Pastels de Nato of Belem bakery. The staff was exceptionally helpful and fast with our iron request. Breakfast was great. The balcony is for show and a bit tired and could use some repair. I would stay there again.

Localisation, safe and everything is close by (metro/bus/train, restaurants, historical sites). Plenty of free parking in the area. Most professionsl, kind and smiley service we had in Portugal's hotels. Room size ok, practical, clean and bright. Great breakfast area and choices, even provide original "Pasteis de Belem" (great attention for tourists like us).
