What an incredibly planned and lovely breakfast for your guests — Portuguese egg tarts, mini-crepes, juices, and so many thoughtful little touches! The room was gorgeous and spotless, and the bathroom beautifully clean. We had such a wonderful stay — we very highly recommend HF Fenix Garden! 🌿 (I’ll be sharing some photos where I’m able to — it’s too beautiful not to!)

The hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, within 5 to 10 minutes uber ride to many attractions in downtown. The condition of the hotel is good. I skipped the free breakfast because it has very little option and tastes very blend.

Diana at the front desk was very helpful. The bedding was fantastic. Breakfast was included in a wonderful setting. Walk to #1 Hop on Bus was just 2-3 minutes. I highly recommend!

We arrived early in the morning but they were able to check us in. The room and the bathroom are big and clean. The bed is comfortable. It's walkable to metro station and busses. The breakfast has variarities. Mostly, the staff were very friendly and helpful! My family had a great time staying in this hotel.

This is only a 3 star but I've been in worse 4 star properties. Very clean, everything you need, very nice staff. A bit of a walk down to the main centre but not too far.

The hotel was in an excellent location. The room was very quiet. We opted for the buffet breakfast. There was lots of variety but the options didn’t changed for the four days we were there. The gentleman greeting at the buffet every morning (wish I had his name) was very friendly and helpful. He would ask about our plans for the day and then help us with suggestions and tips. We had a problem with our fridge in our room. It took a couple of days to get it sorted out but eventually a replacement was provided. When we got back to our room that night there was a nice fruit bowl left there for us. A nice touch. We would definitely go back and stay there if in Lisbon again.

Comfortable modern hotel

We stayed for 3 nights . Arrived very early morning, the staff was very kind. Checkin was done quickly. We were able to change clothes and refresh before leaving our lugguage in the storage room. The room itself is nice, modern looking. It has a minibar, kettle and safe. Good ocation as bus and metro from/to the airport is just 5 min walk away. Metro to the tourist areas is also 5 min away and 10 min ride. Walking is 30 min away, so it's better to have a transport day pass at 7eur.
