I like view of the bridge. The backyard, grass need it to be mowed. The gentleman was waiting for us and help us with the luggage, that was very kind of him. There is not elevator on the building The apartment was very nice. The picture on the ad is not the actual building. We enjoyed our stay.

Set on the hillside of Ajuda, this newly renovated property is across the road from Ajuda Palace and the Ajuda Botanical Gardens. It is close to trams and buses, as well as a local supermarket and lots of dining options. A short walk down the hill finds you in the middle of all of Belem’s tourist attractions. I stayed on the third floor, and while the original staircase is not for the faint-hearted, the views across Ajuda and Belém and out to the ocean, of Ajuda Palace, and to the bridge and river were spectacular. The loft apartment was open, spacious and airy and well equipped with everything you might need. The manager Pedro was very helpful and friendly! Highly recommended.

Pedro was fabulous, he made our stay so welcoming. He’s the person that makes the Inn great. One point to make is that the owners need to get someone in to fill in the cracks in the floors and walls where ants are getting in then the property itself would get 5 stars.

Excellent apartment in an excellent neighbourhood.

This place was excellent for our trip. The neighbourhood is really nice and is only 20mins walk into Belém riverfront. An uber into central Lisbon never cost more than €7. The apartment is modern and clean and had everything we needed. The view over Lisbon: the bridge/ river was fantastic at sundown. The oldest botanical garden in Lisbon was just across the road and is worth an hour or two to visit. Pedro was very helpful and attentive during our stay. We will definitely return to API

Misleading photo shows the Palace over the road

Very misleading photo of the Palace itself rather than the apartment block led to us walking in circles trying to locate the building - in fact, no actual photo of the apartment building itself, nor the ongoing construction site adjacent, appears anywhere on the advert for the room… Pedro lived up to his excellent reputation being both friendly, approachable, perfectly fluent in English and very helpful. Active children in the room above - typically until 3 am - resulted in multiple sleepless nights because the soundproofing - whilst effective on the walls and the windows was very ineffective on the ceiling - which effectively ruined an otherwise lovely stay.

Remarquable séjour.

Magnifique séjour! Chambre avec balcon extérieur d’où je pouvais voir le pont du 25 Avril. Tout y était et incroyablement propre. Quelques places de stationnement devant l’hôtel sinon sur la rue de l’hôtel, il y avait toujours des places de libre. J’y retournerais sans aucune hésitation
