"I stayed at Tivoli the night before I flew out from Lisbon. The location of the hotel is very convenient. Only a few minutes walk to Oriente station, estimate 15 minutes train ride to the airport. There is also a mall nearby if you’d like to do some shopping. If you need to get to the city center, it’s about half an hour metro ride or take the train to Santa Apolonial around 10 minutes (train runs less frequently compared to metro). "Hotel was beautiful and clean but what stood out to me was the staff - very attentive, friendly and super helpful. Johanna right at check-in at the registration desk, gave us lots of useful information, recommendations based on our plans, and even helped making some reservations for us. The location is great that one can walk to the old town and attractions, tons of restaurant choices nearby and close to water. I would love to stay there again if we visit Lisbon again. Best, Anis"

"The room, bathroom and the hotel as a whole are extremely clean. Location is excellent as it's one of the main streets of the city.
