"Great stay at Tivoli Hotel Lisbon! Perfect location, steps from the train station and only 9 minutes from the airport. Modern hotel, comfy beds, lots of restaurants nearby, and excellent in-room dining. Staff were very friendly and accommodated an early check-in. Note: the hotel has a perfume scent throughout the common areas, but the rooms do not.
Would definitely stay here again!"

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension.
