"Very well thought through airport hotel, offering full buffet breakfast from 2 am to 11 am. Jetlag be damned! Kind personnel and shuttle driver. It’s very close to the airport and walkable with a roll-on but I had a huge bag. No shuttles after midnight though. I didn’t take full advantage of the amenities but found the atmosphere was good in the lobby, better than at most airport hotels I’ve visited. Very convenient too: I easily popped down to Lisbon for the afternoon and back on the metro. "

"The rooms at this hotel were spacious, clean, and very user-friendly. The facilities are well equipped, I loved the refrigerator, hair dryer, and most of all the bathtub. The super juku is well stocked and very tasty. And the staff was very friendly and helpful with our luggage and helping us take pictures. I stayed in three hotels during my stay in Portugal and this one is the best and I highly recommend it."

The area has garbage in the area across from the hotel and in the sidewalks/roads surrounding the hotel. Parking was difficult to find at the hotel and surrounding area. "This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete disaster. You seriously let me down this time. Immediate action is needed—both for your customers and your credibility. I’m reconsidering ever using Hotel.com again after this debacle"
