"The property is in need of upkeep. Things are broken and damaged. Chipped paint, damaged furniture and wall hooks fallen off the wall. We saw a cockroach in the bathroom. Towels were clean but worn. That said, the sheets were clean and beds comfortable. The location is great."

"Although our reservation was changed prior to arrival from Residentas Aurea to Residentas Arco do Bandeira, the experience exceeded our expectations. This was truly one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever stayed in. The apartment was stylish, spacious, impeccably maintained, and thoughtfully designed with wonderful amenities that made the stay both comfortable and luxurious. The location was also outstanding — close to everything and perfect for exploring the city on foot....

"The apartment itself was fairly clean, although we did unfortunately find a couple small roaches around. It is an older building, and we did have the windows open so it was not a big deal for us, but worth mentioning for sure. The bed and couch were pretty comfortable and all utilities are great! "Positiv ist das sehr freundliche Reinigungspersonal und die gute zentrale Lage der Unterkunft hervorzuheben. Negativ: Die Ausstattung ist zum Teil fast schon schäbig: ein Fenster ging gar nicht zu, die automatische Fenstergardine ist beim Betätigen des Schalters komplett runtergekracht, die Couch wirkt absolut abgenutzt. Der Fernseher ist so unpraktisch an der Wand angebracht, dass der weder Richtung Bett noch Richtung Couch gerichtet ist. Insgesamt hat mich die Unterkunft enttäuscht."
