"Check in was fine although can't say we was amazed by the staff who seemed us turning up was a inconvenience. Room doesn't have real A/C you get a plug in unit which you have to open the door to put the exhaust hose thru. The unit is very noisy and unless you want to leave the room unlocked you can't leave it on to return to a cool room. Location is a little in middle of nowhere ok if you want a lot of walking. "There is good and bad. The good - my colleague and I had questions/issues with supplies and a coffee maker and the numa team helped us very quickly! The bad - The mattress was so soft that I got a terrible backache the whole trip. I ended up putting the ironing board on top of the mattress and sleeping on it.
