Exceptional apartment hotel with so many services

This is one of the best apartment hotels in Frankfurt. Very close to messe. Decor is very nice. Very clean. Staff speak very good English and are so helpful. It is also very quiet and the restaurant is amazing. Highly recommend to all.

I thing the place is a bit misdecribed. Receptionist was very arrogant and unfriendly at the beginning but after i put my attitude he was okay. I have Asked for room cleaning and for a washing liquid for the kitchen 3 times in 3 days row and got the room cleaned at the 4th day. And it wasn't cleaned, they have just changed the towels and emptied the bin. Such a ignorant people form Receptionist to the housekeepers. Never again

New hotel, nice bed!

The hotel is quite new, nice room but way too big! The bathroom is nice but not functional; no shower curtain or closure (water all over..) a big wash basin but no place to put things.. The hangers in the wardrope very simple/bad quality, chairs to eat but not a proper table… no waste basket..? the functionality had not been thought through.. quiet area, small balcony. Nice breakfast area, but no evening restaurant or bar, and located remote.. good distance to exhibition.

Cavemen at the reception

The property itself is not bad but the people working there is a nightmare, like caveman. At check in, I had a ten euro in my hand so the receptionist asked if it’s his tip, in fact it was but to ask is kinda cheap. Then he tried to negotiate more tips to give us the room on the floor we wanted, any simple request he cheeky asked for a “tip payment”. It’s also super dirty at the property . They charge a high deposit which is not mentioned here and guests are not allowed to have visitors even for 1 min kinda like a dorm .

Hello, we stayed in this property for two nights. It was advertised as a very nice location on your website, however the actual condition is different. Heating system was broken in both rooms, so it was blasting hot air. When we spoke to the staff member, they said they'd fix it same day. They couldn't so they said we would be able to change rooms for free next morning. The other room was located 100cm away from reception, meaning I could hear everything. As people kept checking in throughout the night, I could hear everything and therefore couldn't sleep. When complained, the receptionist said I could also change the room next day. However next day, they said all rooms very gone and we were left with the same issue. I'm really not happy about this as it made the whole stay & work trip much harder. I would like to ask for a partial refund, either directly to the card or some sets of Expedia vouchers. Thank you.

Checked in and they told me.my cc was declined and they cancelled my room. Told them that could not be possible because I was charged on Jan. 9th when I booked. He took my card and charged me again. Went to room, it had no heat. Called front desk they said they would send someone. No one came we had to ask the maid to help. He turned on the heated floor in the bathroom. We went down to breakast tolld them we would pay for it. When we returned to the room ... still no heat. We decided to check out. Told them fromt desk we were checking out and would pay for 1 night and meal to please adjust our bill. He could not do it. It was a nightmare! Rooms overlook a construction sight and trailers. No heat in the rooms. No luggage rack. You get 2 hangers. Not what their photos depicted. Now I have to work with my bank to get my money back! Warning .... Do Not Stay Here!

This property is definitely new and was opened before everything was fully done. Some artwork in the hallways still had the plastic wrapping. The rooms are large, but that much space is almost not needed. The shower doesn't have a door so be prepared to enjoy a cold shower with water all over the bathroom floor. The kitchenette doesn't have any soap or dish towels/sponges so be prepared to purchase. They are no blackout curtains so be prepared to be awoken with the sun. The air conditioning does not work in the entire hotel, I assume it has been installed but not actually connected to be functional. The laundry they claim to provide is actually just regular laundry machines that they also use to wash rags, etc. and they are hidden in closets without any signage. One front desk agent told me it was 5 euros to wash and another just told me where it was located... dryer didn't work either so had to use the balcony to air dry. Front desk guy in the evening was rude and condescending and said he basically has no authority to make any decisions as that is for management only... not a very good sign of a well run hotel. Honestly, just stay somewhere else!!!!!

Das Zimmer machte keinen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck. Besonders das Sofa bzw. die Polstermöbel waren stark verschmutzt und wiesen zahlreiche Flecken, dunkle Punkte und deutliche Gebrauchsspuren auf. Auch auf der Bettwäsche waren Flecken zu sehen. Gerade bei einem Hotel erwarte ich ein sauberes und hygienisches Zimmer. In diesem Zustand haben wir uns leider überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt. Besonders bei Polstermöbeln und Bettwäsche sollte wesentlich stärker auf Sauberkeit und eine gründliche Kontrolle vor der Anreise neuer Gäste geachtet werden. Für uns war der Zustand des Zimmers nicht akzeptabel und entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Daher können wir dieses Hotel leider nicht weiterempfehlen

후기들을 보면 에어컨이 안된지가 오래된것 같습니다. 그러면 에어컨 옵션을 지워야 하는게 맞지 않나요 ? 6월초 엄청 더울때 에어컨 하나만 보고 갔는데 에어컨이 안된다고 하니 너무 당황스러웠습니다. 선풍기도 당연히 없고 전자레인지도 되지 않았습니다. 특히 방은 서향이라 야간내내 오후의 열기가 남아있어 찜통 그자체 였습니다.

Die Couch im Zimmer ist völlig abgewohnt und schmierig, die Küche ist kaum ausgestattet, ein kleiner Topf, eine kleine Pfanne und beides nicht sauber. Kaum Besteck, Küchenutensilien fehlen, keine Schüsseln, es gibt einen alten Schwamm und einen alten Spüllappen, kein Geschirrtuch. Die Handtücher sind alt und dünn. Die Lage ist in einem Wohn- Industriegebiet. Verkehrsanbindung ist gut.

Flere småting. Værelset var meget varmt ved ankomst (gulvvarme skruet helt op, få ting i stykker, bruser og opvaskemaskine, og høj bib lyd fra gangen midt om natten. Dertil er det smule oversolgt på område, indretning og udsigt. Nærmeste takeaway er 700-800 meter.

Parkplätze nur mit viel Glück, begrüßt wird man erstmal mit „wie wollen Sie die 50€ Kaution bezahlen?“ Das Hotel befindet sich am Ende einer Sackgasse, der Blick vom Balkon geht direkt auf ein riesiges Krankenhausgebäude, in der Nähe ist absolut nichts.

Escaso menaje, excelente lugar

El aparthotel está genial, tanto de aspecto como de limpieza y comodidad. La cama es muy buena, el sofá cómodo y el personal muy amable. Los contras son que el menaje de cocina es mínimo, dos de cada, y no hay tijeras, cazo, espumadera, etc, pero bueno, no es lo más importante. Solicité perchas para la ropa y amablemente me las proporcionaron. Lo más dificultoso es aparcar, ya que es una zona con bastantes talleres alrededor e incluso una base de taxis y siempre está la calle llena de coches. Aún así, lo recomiendo totalmente, porque cuando salgo lo que quiero es una buena cama y una buena ducha y eso lo consiguen. Recomendable al cien por cien.

Hallo zusammen, Für Frankfurter Verhältnisse okay! Wer die Haare in der Suppe sucht wird hier definitiv fündig. Sieht schick aus, ist es aber nicht. Mittelmäßig Macht eure eigene Erfahrungen ist immer am besten. Kleiner Tipp, Zimmer zu Straßenseite nehmen, dann seit ihr Safe! Pro und Contras gibt es jede menge!
Die Wahrheit! In der Hotel eigenen werbe Video sieht ihr das Migranten Heim im Hintergrund nicht😉
