Guest Service representatives, housekeeping, even Bellman were pleasant, nice courteous people. Room was nice, clean however to carpet smells of moisture and humidity almost mildew.

OUTRIGGER Kauaʻi Beach Resort & Spa
Room was clean. You can tell it's an older property that is being updated. It is kept in good condition. The staff was great, friendly and easy to talk with. Our rooms AC was not working and temperature was cold. We stopped at huest servicrs and it was taken care shortly.
