"The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...

"The entire hotel is out dated. There’s treadmills in the restaurant area, the rooms smelled horrific that I had to cover my nose the entire time. My room had sheer ish curtains and no way to protect myself from the other guests seeing into my room. There was no heat through the building and the gentleman at the front desk offered my an extra blanket and said they like to save. They must also save on the hot water because I took a Luke warm shower and there was no WiFi. "

"I had an okay room but one the towels they gave me were stained. I went to get ice and the i e machine had all kinds of trash which was unappealing and made me not want to get any. The staff was not like i expected. The lady that greets you had an attitude like she didnt want to be there and she expected me to know everything about the hotel even if it was my first but surely last time going.
