"We enjoyed our stay at DiSio Palermo Dimora di Charme. It is close to Quattro Canti and easy to go to many restaurants, museums and parks. Valeria was very knowledgeable about practical things like transportation to and from the airport. Breakfast was delightful every morning, often with an origin story about the pastries. Our room was fully stocked with glasses and even a hair straightener along with the hair dryer."

"民泊の形態であることを直前になって連絡受けた。確認コードでは部屋に入れず、暑い中9pm過ぎに汗だくになりながら英語の話せないスタフに電話して、やり取りしなければならなかった。ホテルのつもりで予約したのに何で民泊なんだ、どこかに書いてあるのかも知れないが本当に分かりにくいし、がっかりした。エレベーターの無い2階で重い荷物持って上がり下り、最低である。 エアコンの効きが悪く1晩不快だった。翌日改善したから最低では無いが、不快な1晩は取り返せない。"
