"Excellent property, suited perfectly our needs to be in a quiet area with an amazing pool (50m), volley ball and tennis courts, while also being able to drive -within 30mins- allowing spending a full day in Palermo and a full day in Cefalù. The unexpected highlights were the wonderful ( included) 3-course dinners with fresh and delicious food (the tuna tataki was the family favourite anti pasti!). Finally, the staff, the owner and Enzo made us feel so welcome and made our stay even more special....

"It's a nice hotel near the harbour and the city centre can be easily reached by public transportation or car. Staff is very helpful and friendly, spoke good English, as well. A buffet style breakfast had a good variety of food, in overall it is proportional with It's price and star rating. Actually its beach is a small cliff which is probably not suitable for swimming, however it's beautiful. In summary, we had a really positive experience as a family with a 13 years old boy. "Lovely old building which has been modernised well. In the most incredible location and walking distance to most of the main must do sites. Huge choice of restaurants and bars very close by. Buzzy, fun area. As a person who needs natural daylight I found our studio room a little gloomy but we spent so little time there during the day it really didn't matter too much. "The location was great! It was centrally located but the room was totally quiet, even when it was busy just down the street. The room was comfortable, with a lot of seating options. They secured us an airport shuttle for our very early flight, which was amazingly convenient! The only drawback for this property was the shower, which had very low water pressure and little hot water. "

"The hotel was very quaint with some lovely original features but renovated to a high standard. We couldnt easily find the hotel having walked from the station but Michele was waiting for us on the street corner. As the rooms are on the first floor he carried my case up the stairs for me. The room was spacious, clean and well equipped. Communal tea and coffee facilities were just outside our room. Michele was very informative about Palermo and recommends places to visit and eat. "
