"Wir haben ein sehr schönes Zimmer erhalten, welches viel größer war als erwartet. Das Personal war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das einzige, was uns etwas weniger gefallen hat war, dass die nächste U-Bahn station ca. 10-15 minuten zu fuß entfernt war. Zwar hält eine Straßenbahn neben dem Hitel, mit dieser dauert es aber deutlich länger bis man in die Stadtmitte kommt. Abgesehen davon war es wirklich ein super aufenhalt im Hotel."

"We received a complimentary upgrade to comfort rooms with ‘renovated bathrooms’. Our shower had a bad drainage and water was overflowing and covering the entire bathroom and getting outside. We did visit Milan during an extreme heatwave, but the airco was far too loud and just barely enough to cool a room when you’re sitting (or lying) still. The rooms were too small. The breakfast was ok, again had just enough choice, but nothing we would come back to. The staff were very kind."

There is a tram stop (16) 5 min walk from hotel which takes you to San Siro and also the central location so perfect for travelling around. The room was compact and clean. During my stay, I was repeatedly questioned when walking through the lobby and asked for my name and room number nearly every time. After it happened multiple times, it made me feel singled out and uncomfortable as a guest. "Het was iets moeilijker te vinden door dat het in een flatgebouw zat. In deze flat was een verdieping van het hotel. De kamers waren verder schoon. Het nadeel was wel dat de airco maar tot 18 graden kon."
