"Overbooked and no manager to talk to, instead staff placed us in a less than adequate place which is up on the third floor so we had to take the stairs and poor location far from beach and not of same caliber as described on website. The original place itself is awful not as described "

"everything was good except for the fact there was no hot water and the toilet didn't work and had to have person come and fix. I understand the area is going through upgrades however the lack of Hot water and not being told about it was not cool for the price that I paid. Everything else was just fine for the price."

"We had the small resort to ourselves, with friendly staff to look after us. We ate lovely breakfast and dinner in a small cabana on the beach watching the sea and local fishermen. Hot water was off as no sun for solar, but clean and comfortable room. Peaceful and beautiful."

"This location is super convenient just a minute walk to the beach, a sari sari store downstairs next to the entrance, a bakery across the way. The staffs super nice and accommodating the room is quite small but kept clean. There’s no microwave available but there is a fridge where you can keep your beverages cool in the room. This place was also affordable and worth the price. Overall I would recommend if you just need a place to sleep and shower and you’re gone for most of the day. "

"The staff were courteous, professional, and efficient. They are commendable for their service. However, Villa 5 seems to be next to a road that is very noisy (i.e., e-trikes, motorcyles, and dogs barking), which made it less tranquil."

"resort is s little dated and the fixes are easily seen and very amateurly done. water preasure is non existent and takes hot water 5-10 minutes to come out. what a waste of water. room was very spacious for the biggest room"

"Hello, nice clean room that was close to the beach at a good price. Man at the front desk was helpful. Lots of restaurants around. We booked another hotel, but needed more space for additional family that joined us in Boracay. The boys stayed here and it was perfect for them. "
