"The room and hotel were excellent. The only issue that I had was that in the shower there was a silicone lip that is supposed to hold the water back from going all over the floor. It wasn’t secured or siliconed properly. There was also some mold on and under it. "

"Room wasn’t clean with hotel standards, the installations are very worn out. Good area in FIDI, there is a city bank bike station right in front. No help from staff to get transportation to airport but most of the staff were very nice, specially security guy at night, he was very very polite and friendly. Overall an ok stay, but if you are looking to get nice basic amenities DON’T stay here. I forgot to take pictures but their towels are ripped and smell terrible. I had to buy 2 towels to use during my stay since their white linens sucked. "

"Before arriving the "room key app" link didn't work. Check-in onsite was easy and the lady checking me in was very nice and gave me restaurant advice. The room was clean and nice. The elevator was the slowest I've ever been on. The included breakfast didn't exist. Showed up at 8:30 and was told they don't have anything but are waiting for more to arrive,,, The closest restaurant for breakfast" Wraptor" was closed, had to walk to a deli like a mile away. I'd give it 2 stars. The only good thing is it's close to the cruise port but you're probably better off to stay in Manhattan if you want to do anything."

"Room was small. TV didn’t work, sent someone to repair. Otherwise okay"

"The hotel was a little dated, but it was fine. There were people fighting in the hall. The in-room phone did not work. I called the front desk on my cell and they answered and immediately put me on hold-for 20 minutes. It was scary. I did not feel safe with the fighting and not being able to get hold of the front desk in a timely manner. I dont think I will stay here again. "

"The room was small and clean. My room didn't have a refrigerator and only a tiny closet for my clothes and belongings. The breakfast bagels were extremely fresh although there is a small wait to toast your bagels. It is easy and effective maintaining a comfortable room temperature. Be aware, there is a $30US "destination fee" that wasn't included in the booking. It was a substantial addition such that if I knew of it beforehand I would have booked a stay in a similarly priced hotel mid-town. That fee I was told covered wifi(!), breakfast, and an all you can drink wine bar that had zero attraction for me because of this fee I wouldn't stay there again."

"I loved the location near The Battery (park) and the business/financial district. The rooms are very clean and restful."
