"This was clearly the nicest place we stayed on our bike trip from Carcassonne to Sete. The host couple, Natalie and Sebastien, could not have more welcoming or helpful. Their quiet little chambres de hotes is very close to the Canal du Midi path and very relaxing. The swimming pool was a delight after a day on the bike and they served us beers poolside (extra charge). Their extremely friendly pup, Violette, was an unexpected delight. "The hotel is obviously very old but the rooms could be updated a bit. Furnishings were tired. Outside cushions were left out overnight and the time we were there they were constantly wet so we couldn’t sit on them. The staff were fantastic, they were super helpful with questions and couldn’t do enough for you. The food was incredible 5** Beautiful place Carcassone and would certainly love to return"
