"This is a great hotel when working in Lithgow. Because it is joined to the club and restaurant, it is very convenient for getting a great meal after work. The room was very large and comfortable."

"The room and facilities were good though the bathroom has a window grill open to outside so was freezing cold at night, to cold to stay in for a shower etc. We ate at the restaurant, the steak was amazing, perfectly cooked but and they didn't deliver to the table any of the sides we had ordered so we had steaks, no potatos, no veggies, and some how we were charged $29 for what we are pretty sure was a $17 glass of wine. "This beautifully situated in Wentworth Falls, close to walking trails. The property itself is lovely and the grounds are well taken care of. I love the hydrotherapy spa bath which was great post bushwalks. This is the second time I’ve stayed here and most likely a regular stay."

"Nice place for family stay"

"Due to heavy bookings for UTA event we stayed in a twin room the first night booked direct with motel it was OK for 2 adults 1 teen but we found the second night much better, same sort of facilities but just extra space (this Expedia booking). Rooms were right next to each other but we had to check out 10am check back in at 2pm. The owner was encouraging us to stay in the smaller room but not willing to reduce the cost to cover price difference (approx $60) so we went with our original...

"Historic hotel is well located between Katoomba and Blackheath so very easy drive to many sites. Due to age of hotel rooms a little small but functional, the decor even older was well maintained and cosy. Only cons room had to be cleaned again before we accepted it, however the management reacted well and solved the problem. Staff friendly however suggest a bit of training in customer service will work to help make this hotel even better. Overall would recommend this hotel."
