"Great location; comfortable room; magnificent rooftop pool and bar; awesome breakfast. My room seemed to have a slight water leak outside the walk-in shower and the space between shower and vanity was a little too tight but otherwise room was very good."

"Great location, fantastic clean room and a good breakfast. Overall, the hotel itself was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately, the VIP experience was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically because it was a VIP hotel, however, I didn’t really experience any of the VIP perks that influenced my decision to book the hotel. Given this, I do wonder whether the hotel’s VIP status should be reconsidered, or whether there needs to be better staff training and communication around what VIP guests are entitled to. The hotel itself was great, but unfortunately the VIP experience didn’t live up to expectations."

"Wonderful stay. We travel very often to 5 star hotels and this one is definitely one of the best ones. Upgrading to a club room with club privileges is definitely worth it for a much better experience. Would definitely come here again without a doubt."
