"The only thing that was ok is the location. The room was moldy. There was mold in the air conditioner and in the bathroom and shower which is disgusting. The room was not clean and there were even hairs in the shower ! The hotel is unstaffed the only person that we saw was a man who was not helpful at all, he did not even say hello and they are not there after 5 pm. When I finally got an answer to be changed room they just said that unfortunately there are not any other rooms for 4 and they did...

The pool was amazing with the view. I loved it every second of the hot tub was perfect and honestly, the hotel was amazing. Only problem. I did not like the sargassum on the beach, but that is a natural problem in the hotel that their best to keep it clean."
