"We stayed in the same room on both ends of our stay in France, one week apart. Room 381, equipped for handicapped. The room smelled really awful, like dirty socks— needs fresh air! One of the bedside lights needed a new bulb. Facial tissues were empty (I asked for a new box at front desk). Shower gel was empty. The only towels were 2 flimsy bath towels — no hand towels. The room was functional only for a shower and sleeping (bed was comfy, water was hot).
Staff were friendly and...

"Great location, beautiful hotel with gorgeous views, rooms with sea view are spacious. Beds are comfortable.
Spa leaves a lot to be desired. Very small facility, unimpressive and could be cleaner and improved. Treatments, on the other hand, are great.
Staff was very friendly
Breakfast is wonderful
What was disappointing is that notwithstanding multiple requests through the app and through reception for a bath robe and slippers, none were provided after multiple reminders."
