"Great place. Good housekeeping every day. Spacious upgraded unit. Only unfortunate thing was my room was on the 16th floor but it faced east and the truck noise was very loud from the street which made keeping the windows or balcony door impossible. I would ask for a west-facing room next time. Otherwise great spot. "

"Staying at ‘The Residence’ was convenient and comfortable. It was in close proximity to be Canadian Tire Centre, where the college held its graduation ceremony. As well, it’s walking distance to stores and restaurants. The room itself was two bedrooms with a kitchenette and washroom that had a standup shower. "Modern and very well equipped with smart tv, fridge/freezer, cooker, kettle, toaster and microwave though I didn't use all those things. Clean and comfortable. Helpful staff."

"We had a very comfortable stay with five adults. We were in town for a conference, and the full kitchen, two bedrooms, and sofa bed made it a great little suite to stay in. Handy location, restaurants all around, and about a 10 to 15 minute walk over to the convention centre (if you take the route along the canal rather than the longer road-only path). The staff were helpful, professional, and friendly, and we had a very nice stay!"

"With doors and garage requiring fobs to enter the hotel felt very secure and safe. The apartment was well equipped with full kitchen and bathroom supplies. The bed was comfortable, and the room was quiet. Unfortunately, it was not exactly the same as the photos on the Hotels.com website. The floor boards were coming apart (a potential tripping hazard) and the paint on the bathroom walls was peeling. Also, the photos indicated a balcony, yet my room did not have one.
