"This hotel is in a good location to the ByWard Market. That is all the good points I have for this hotel. Website of hotel looks great. In real life, it was not great. They parked big laundry carts right in the lobby for quite a while. Restaurant overcooked my take up to room steak and then try to blame me for coming too late to pick it up. We will not be staying here again."
