We could not have been made to feel more welcome or comfortable. A perfect weekend getaway after a difficult Winter. We are already looking forward to our next visit in june."

"Even during the last days of construction, the hotel was comfortable, like a classic hotel should be. Staff was personable and very attentive. My family was in Ottawa for a memorial, and we were all booked onto the same floor, and each room had a personal note of condolence, chocolates and fresh flowers. We were all very moved and very impressed by this thoughtfulness. Bartenders, waiters, bellhops and front desk staff really paid us attention, and made us feel very welcome. The remodeling is...
