"We couldn't fault our stay—everything was excellent from start to finish. Check-in was quick and efficient, with Erika being especially friendly and helpful, which made us feel very welcome.
Our room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable base for our visit.
When we went to reception to book a table at the hotel restaurant for dinner and breakfast, Rita greeted us with a cheerful and helpful attitude, adding to the positive experience.
The rooftop restaurant is a highlight not to be missed. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious breakfast with many Sicilian treats, and the view of Mount Etna made it truly memorable.
