"Staff, accommodation and cleanliness were superb. The location was convenient to the historic center. If you are driving your own vehicle, as we did, the restrictions for pedestrian traffic make it difficult to navigate your car. The staff was very helpful in guiding us. Valet parking. No breakfast available, but a cafe across the street."

"My stay here was beyond delightful. Staff was sooo helpful, from helping me book an airport transfer to helping me find stores and restaurants nearby. The response time was 24/7 and so fast. I can’t recommend it enough. The palazzo is BEAUTIFUL and so so so nice to just walk around and admire. Only thing is there are lots of stairs so be prepared. It wasn’t a problem for us at all though. It’s quick and easy to access the property. They also have complimentary espresso! Which is lovely for...

"The hotel is modern, well built and rooms are beautiful with kitchen and sitting area. There was valet parking where you paid 25-30 euros per day to separate parking company. The hotel is located on the upper level of Taormina, away from the crowds, but easy to get everywhere by foot. We took the cable car down to beach in the morning and hiked up to the church. "
