Do Not Book Online!!

We booked on hotels.com but when we arrived (on time) they said they gave our room away and assured us we would not be charged. The manager was dismissive about our concerns of being charged and even laughed at us for thinking we would be charged. We had to scramble to find another hotel which was difficult but lucky found a place. When we arrived back in the US we found out we were charged $150 by Kibata. Do not book this place online, or stay there in general! Go to Poh Mani instead, it was much nicer anyway.

our stay at kibata was fantastic. It is located up on top of the hill with a great view over looking lembongan and the popular surf spots. we stayed in the family room which had an interconnecting room. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Each room had a DVD player with DVDs available to watch but no TV channels. The staff were very friendly and helpful, they will organise a scooter if you need and any other activities for you like snorkeling. The only inconvenience for a family of five with young kids is the location the walk into town is on the main road and has a big hill to climb it takes about 20mins which is too far so we did have to hire two scooters which were the cheapest options. There are golf buggy's you can hire but for about $80-$90AUD a day compared to a scooter which is $7 per day. The resort consists of about 8 villas which is perfect as it was nice and quiet place to relax. The meals are cooked to order, small menu but great tasting food. Wayan and his family are beautiful and would definitely recommend to stay there.

Wonderful staff! Cute little huts

My two friends and I stayed here for 3 nights, the staff was wonderful and very friendly. A little bit of a walk to town, which we did not mind, or you could rent scooters! Tasty banana pancakes and a lovely panorama view. I would deffinetly stay here again!

walked up the "hill" to hotel. and soo worth it !! met with friendly smiles. the infinity pool was amazing. Wayane would do anything for you.

nice resort but bad management and service

The room is extremely dark, worst than a cinema. They did not clean the room everyday or replace towels, toilet paper or bottles of water. Breakfast was small in variety and quantity. They have never cleaned under the bed.

Locally owned new hotel

Great view in a convenient location. Only 10-15 walk down to black. Walk is steepish for a short distance but manageable. Infinity pool looks great.
